Well, I bet you never knew this. Apparently, it’s not stress that is bad for you. It’s thinking that stress is bad for you that makes it bad for you. But what if I thought that thinking that stress was bad for you, was bad for you. Makes me stressed just thinking about it!
Another key thing to know is that helping other people releases a hormone that strengthens your body to cope with stress. How cool of God to make us like that!
